Welcome to AceWin8 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). AceWin8 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under applicable international gaming regulations, providing casino games, sports wagering, live dealer tables, lottery, and related entertainment services to eligible users.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and AceWin8 governing your registration, access to, and use of the Platform and all services offered therein. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on AceWin8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and all supplemental rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

To register and maintain an active account on AceWin8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. AceWin8 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person or as a legal entity is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of AceWin8 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had an account terminated by AceWin8 for a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, AceWin8 may merge accounts, suspend all associated balances, and permanently close the duplicate account(s) without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. AceWin8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, AceWin8 will require you to complete KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, accompanied by proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months. Additional documentation may be required at AceWin8's discretion, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use AceWin8 solely for lawful entertainment and wagering purposes consistent with these Terms. You further agree that:

• You will access the Platform using only your own registered account and will not allow any other person to use your account credentials.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its servers or networks.
• All funds deposited to your AceWin8 account represent legitimately sourced personal funds. You warrant that you are not using the Platform as a conduit for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. AceWin8 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.
• You accept that the outcomes of all games on AceWin8 are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer procedures, and that AceWin8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• You are responsible for any tax obligations in your jurisdiction arising from winnings generated on the Platform.

AceWin8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits may vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

AceWin8 does not accept third-party deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit confirmation. AceWin8 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or network delays inherent to blockchain transactions.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally feasible.

Standard processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank — typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — subject to network confirmation times, typically 30–60 minutes. All times are estimates and may be subject to extended processing during periods of high volume or during security review.

AceWin8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Requests under review will not be processed until all required documentation has been received and assessed. In cases where suspected fraudulent activity is detected, AceWin8 may freeze the relevant account and refer the matter to appropriate authorities.

AceWin8 offers various promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. Each promotion is governed by specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports wagering), and expiry period. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each offer and shall form part of these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses offered by AceWin8 include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one household, one IP address, and one verified identity. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitute abuse.
• AceWin8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. AceWin8 may specify which game categories contribute to bonus wagering, and at what percentage.
• AceWin8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement will cause the bonus and associated winnings to expire automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AceWin8 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration by individuals under the age of 21, or providing false age or identity information during registration or KYC.
• Operation of more than one account, including the use of a third party's account on your behalf.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purposes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or wagering market.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other users.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, gain informational advantage, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are accepted.
• Publishing or transmitting defamatory, abusive, or harassing content through any communication channel on the Platform.

AceWin8 reserves the right to investigate all suspected breaches of this clause and, upon reasonable determination of a violation, to suspend accounts, void relevant transactions, forfeit balances, and refer matters to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the AceWin8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of AceWin8 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of AceWin8.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership interest in, or licence to, any intellectual property of AceWin8 beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AceWin8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

AceWin8's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

AceWin8 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be responsible for any interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, or third-party service provider failures.

AceWin8 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. We provide the following tools accessible from your account settings to assist players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to the Platform.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your gaming session exceeds a duration you define.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification, which shall not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which AceWin8 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and AceWin8 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, the parties may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms established under AceWin8's applicable operating licence. AceWin8's decision on matters of game outcome, technical errors, and bonus interpretation shall be final and binding absent manifest error.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights under any mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
